Quantity Surveyor (Freelance) - Central London/Remote
Water Infrastructure - £400 per day (OutsideIR35) - 10-year contract!
We are partnered with an exciting and expanding Commercial Consultancy who represent a wide range of contractors across a multitude of sectors.
We are on the lookout for numerous Quantity Surveyors to represent a tier 1 contractor on a Water/Infra Framework contract due to last the next 10 years!
Duties will include managing of large NEC sub-contract packages from setting up initial processes to procurement through to final accounts.
This project is due to last for 10 years, therefore we are looking to speak to candidates who are in it for the long run and committed to long term assignments.
In the initial period we will need candidates to attend the consultant's office in Central London a few days per week to build relationships and processes etc. Following on from that period we see this role becoming predominantly remote.
What we are looking for:
- High level of competence using the NEC form of contract
- Experience within water, infrastructure, or FM is desirable
- Experience working on maintenance style service contracts is ideal
- The ability to commute to Central London in the initial few months
